We manage properties – houses, apartments, townhomes – that resource companies have acquired to accommodate workers for whom camp residence would not be suitable or desirable.

How our Property Management Services will benefit you,
the Resource Company

Divider Line

  • We understand that recruitment and retention of workers is a major challenge for the resource industry when building and then operating projects; the quality of the accommodations the resource company is able to offer is a significant determining factor in the minds of most prospective employees. With Pace Realty Corp managing your properties, you can be assured the residences you present will be appealing, comfortably furnished, clean, secure and well-maintained – this will go a long way towards attracting, and then keeping, the workers you want.
  • By out-sourcing your residential management to us, you unburden yourself from an immense amount of administrative and hands-on duties. As licensed, experienced professionals, Pace will efficiently perform all property management functions leaving you better able to focus on the primary objective of your project.
  • Enhance your Social Licence. By retaining us, a respected, Northern BC company that itself hires and sub-contracts locally, you affirm your commitment to meaningful engagement and integration with the regions in which you will be operating. We have a solid understanding of the many sensitive envronmental, aboriginal and community concerns surrounding resource development in BC and conduct our business in a way that would always reflect well back on you, the resource company.
