To our Valued Pace Realty Strata Customers,

We are watching the COVID-19 situation closely as the health and safety of our employees and customers is our number one priority. We are forming business plans to ensure the health and wellbeing of all our stakeholders. We want to ensure you that all our plans will allow business will continue to operate as normally.

We understand your concerns during this time, so we’re taking additional steps to keep our spaces safe for you and our employees. We have increased deep cleaning of our branch offices, every business day, including sanitizing all surfaces, door handles, chair handles, desks, reception areas, reception counters and washrooms. Hand sanitizer and wipes are available in each branch office for use by both employees and customers.

We will be asking all of our strata clients to work with us to transition to electronic meetings for the short term unless this crisis has passed. Our team is experienced with online meetings and can help council members get prepared to attend meetings electronically. Please contact your strata manager for more details.
