Front Desk Receptionist

In addition to greeting clients and answering phones as well as administrative and clerical requests, the core responsibilities of this role would consist of heavy calendar management, travel arrangements, assisting with invoicing, billing, expenses, and meeting preparation. You also, understand and possess a high degree of confidentially and professionalism.

You need to have excellent customer service skills. You need to be able to quickly prioritize tasks and be able to manage multiple competing priorities.

Property Manager

Full-Time | Kitimat, BC

This position will appeal to a self-starter who loves to interact with a wide variety of people. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of interacting with potential tenants as well as managing a portfolio of existing tenants in Kitimat and Terrace.

Other responsibilities include arranging for repairs and maintenance, showing properties, dealing with landlord tenant matters, filing arbitration’s, lease preparation, move-in and move-out inspections and other property management duties as required.

Team members successful in this position are independent self-starters who can work with little or no supervision. They can also work well in a team and understand the value that teamwork brings to the group. Our industry is heavily regulated with multiple layers of legislation to be considered. Must be able to balance multiple competing priorities.

The Property Management Accounting Clerk is required to work effectively within a team framework. The position processes high volumes of transactions and reports both of which have strict compliance deadlines. The candidate must be highly competent and accurate to manage the workload. We are a very busy Property Management and Real Estate Office with a complex accounting system. The company is currently experiencing rapid growth. The Property Management Accounting Clerk will be a key member of the accounting team as we support and assist with the growth of the company. Experience in property accounting, and especially with BrokerWOLF, Propertyware and Microsoft Office software, is preferred.
